Cancellation and refund policy

Cancel anytime. First-time subscribers can ask for a full refund in a short window. Renewals are different.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime from your account page. After you cancel, there are no further charges.
You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
First-time subscribers
If this is your first payment to us, you can request a full refund within 7 days of that payment by emailing sleepskills4adults@kvlaborg.com.
Tell us the email on the account and roughly when you paid. We will confirm and refund the first payment in full if the request is in time.
Renewals
Renewal charges are not refunded.
Duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded. If you see one, email us and we will put it right.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Book access
Book-based access is free. There is nothing for us to refund for the unlock itself.
The book is sold by Amazon under Amazon’s policies. If you need a refund on the book, that is with Amazon.
